8. PLATFORM RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Stravixs utilizes Shopify's infrastructure for Platform operations. All transactions occur directly with Stravixs. You acknowledge that Shopify bears no responsibility for sales transactions, product quality, or customer service matters between you and Stravixs.
9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Personal information collection and processing are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable Shopify policies. By using our Platform, you consent to data processing as outlined in these policies.
10. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Content License
By submitting content (reviews, feedback, suggestions), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for business purposes.
